At Punjab College of Education, affiliated with Punjabi University, we are committed to ensuring that all students, faculty, and staff are treated fairly and equitably. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is established to address any complaints or grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal matters, ensuring a timely, transparent, and impartial resolution. Our goal is to create an environment where concerns are heard and acted upon in alignment with UGC, AICTE, NAAC, and university guidelines.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee


  • Timely Resolution: To address and resolve grievances of students, faculty, and staff in a fair and timely manner.
  • Transparency: To provide a transparent and impartial platform for students and staff to voice their concerns.
  • Prevention of Unfair Practices: To investigate complaints related to unfair practices in academics, administrative processes, and more.
  • Confidentiality: To ensure that all grievances are addressed with strict confidentiality to protect the privacy and dignity of those involved.
  • Awareness and Counseling: To conduct awareness programs and provide counseling to prevent grievances before they arise.
