At PCE, we are dedicated to fostering a ragging-free campus by implementing strict policies that prohibit any form of harassment or misconduct. The Anti-Ragging Committee operates in accordance with UGC, AICTE, and NAAC guidelines, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and student-friendly atmosphere for all students.

Ragging is a serious offense under the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009, and the institution upholds a zero-tolerance policy for such activities. The committee proactively monitors, prevents, and swiftly addresses any reported instances of ragging, creating a positive and secure learning environment.

Objectives of the Anti-Ragging Committee

✔ Prevent any form of ragging—verbal, physical, or psychological—on campus.
✔ Raise awareness about the severe consequences of ragging among students.
✔ Establish a secure platform for students to report incidents without fear.
✔ Investigate complaints thoroughly and implement strict disciplinary action.
✔ Ensure full compliance with UGC, AICTE, and NAAC anti-ragging policies.
